I love gourmet twists on home cooking classics, and this is the most “gourmet” sandwich I’ve ever seen. Just take a look at the ingredients after the mouthwatering picture. I wouldn’t mind just getting my hands on some black truffle mayonnaise.
World’s most expensive sandwich: $148.33
The ingredient list:
- Wagyu beef
- Fresh lobe foie gras
- Black truffle mayonnaise
- Brie de meaux
- Rocket (I don’t know what this is?)
- Red pepper and mustard confit
- English plum tomatoes
- 24-hour fermented sour dough bread
